I'm currently in the middle of changing a motor mount on a 98 deville concours and I was wondering if Im doing it right. I've loosened both tranny mount bolts and also the front motor mount bolts and the torque struts and I cant get the motor to "lift" from the body, its almost like its still bolted in. Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance!!

I do not have the answer to your question, but use caution when raising the engine. The clearance at the back of the engine is very tight. If you raise it to much you will damage the heater barrier; it can crack very easily. The closest item, I think, is the hard plastic wire loom casing that can be crammed into the barrier.
