Hi Guys and Girls,

I have a 2000 Catera Sport and i have a Broken rear passenger side spring.
Does anyone know if or what year GTO Rear springs fit my 2000 sport,
and or a place to order them other than the Stealer (dealer).

Thanks in advance.
Marty

All year 2004-2006 GTO springs will fit but replacing only the rears will lower it at that end. Best place I know to get them is from a GTO owner. Try the GTO forums. Lots of owners have lowered their Goats and have the OEM springs laying around. If not, try the recyclers.

I think the OEM Gto springs were bad quality and they sag real bad, even after one year of use...

Sometimes from the transport when the cars were strapped down the springs would sag and the car looks like it has full load in it...

Id say go with OEM Sport ones or look for stiffer springs but 0" drop... those will probably make your car look same as before except little stiffer in the rear!

any catera springs will work. I have a 00 sport, and I got used springs from a salavage catera 98 regular and they worked well.. they have maybe a 1/2 " higher lift.. and I paid $100 for both springs.. If you have one broken, you prolly have 2 broken.. DO NOT BUY at cadillac.. they will charge you nearly $500.

you can order the same part from england for $200 or so!!! look on ebay.. you have the vauxhall omega "elite" but liek I said.. maybe a local salvage yard... they worked great in my catera.

Check ebay for GTO springs, the rears are quite cheap but expect the rear to be slightly lower then the sport springs.

I have my OEM sport springs in a box, if you are interested shoot me an offer.
GTO springs after 1yr... Seems even lower then when first installed.. .
