Not sure precisely what "ACV" means, but you couldn't get that much for an '05 V with 86k miles and a salvage title ... more like $13k maybe. If it does not qualify for a salvage title, then maybe $18k. Based upon my guesses, that would put the value at somewhere between about $3k and $8k. Seems low, though, since the drivetrain alone would get $4k-6k I'd think.

"Actual cash value"...as in what it would be worth if there were no damage to it, er what the insurance company thought it was worth aka what they paid out.

Over 10,000 for a undriveable CTS-V with over 86,000 miles seems a bit high. Looks to be over 5000.00 in fixes alone just from the outside. I like the chrome wheels tho!
