Hello...and welcome!
I experienced electrical probs on my '89 Fleetwood. Even a trickle can be problematic. I found 3 areas:
1) the switch that operates the interior lights when the door is opened and closed...get one at dealer
2) glove box light switch...verify that it turns the light off
3) cigarette lighters-this car has them all around.
Further, verify connections on any after-market electronics.
Keep a strong battery-these cars love a good battery.

Maybe the air leveling system constantly running? Does your Deville's booty sag?
