Took my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood in for Texas state inspection and was surprised how bad it failed the emissions test. I've owned the car for about three years now and this is the first time its failed. The car only has about 140k miles and runs well. I replaced both of the oxygen sensors about a year ago when my check engine came on and never really had a problem with the car ever since. The guy that did the inspection didn't really give much info on why it failed....any help or advise appreciated
here's the test results:
***high speed emissions results(25mph) RPM 1323***
--------------standard---Current Reading---Results
HC(PPM)--------95---------------9------------PASS
CO(%)--------0.53------------0.29-----------PASS
C02(%)------------------------14.2
O2(%)---------------------------0.5
NOx(ppm)------645-----------1313-----------FAILED
DILUTION(%)--->6------------14.5

***low speed emissions results(15mph) RPM 1429***
--------------standard----current reading--results
HC(PPM)--------98---------------11---------PASS
CO(%)--------0.53-------------0.28---------PASS
C02(%)-------------------------14.3
O2(%)---------------------------0.4
NOx(ppm)------711-----------1232----------FAILED
DILUTION(%)--->6------------14.6

Overall Results: FAIL

Bad EGR. All the other numbers are fine, so everything else is ok. Under 100 bucks, two nuts to change, about ten minutes.
