On the outside of each headlight there is a clear lens that wraps around the side of the car and ends with an amber lens, is there light bulbs in there, and how do you replace them if there is?

yes two bulbs
1 is the turning lamp
the other is the side marker lamp
to access open hood, look down in the area where the
headlight and the sidelight come together
there is a phillips screw there, remove it
and take it out its about 4" long, now gently
pull the side lamp outward, from the front
portion the rubber around it may make it
a little tricky, you can spray some soapy water
on the rubber if needed, this will give you access to the bulbs

thanks it ended up being a fuse. had the car 5 months and didn't even know there was lights in there. Still had to replace one bulb tho. Now just need to fix this traction control, throttle position sensor malfunction.
