Friend backed into my pristine 2004 SLS, took out grille, headlight, scratched up the bumper and hood.
Any recommendations, good or bad, about area dealers? Capitol in Greenbelt is close and Jim Coleman in Ellicott City.
Car is red, want the paint to match as best as possible.

Your door sticker build date must be between 08/03 and 12/03 (when the last SLS rolled off the line.)
Fitzgerald Cadillac on Hudson St., right off Rt.50 in Annapolis, has a righteous body shop.
Be forewarned: Crimson Pearl is an unholy bitch to match. (I know - that's my color, too.)

If you have a Tri-Coat otherwise known as pearl or 3 stage paint I would not recommend Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda, MD. They cannot support this properly as to matching. They tried twice on my vehicle and couldn't get it right and I just basically gave up on them. Since this option costs just under a grand in cost you think the dealer with the right paint codes is the place to go but its not in my experience. Best to find a 3 stage paint specialist/private autobody not a GM dealer.
I understand EuroPro autobody in Gaithersburg does all the porsche and audi work and works on aluminum bodies as well.

donewithgm, a disgruntled Cadillac owner, has resurrected a 1.6 year old thread, so I'll stick another option in here..........within 45 miles of the Connecticut Avenue/Beltway intersection: Jeff's Body Shop on Kent Island. No bones about it, these guys are good, and their prices don't come close to Montgomery County (I grew up there.........Chevy Chase Village ..........worked school weekends part time as a grease monkey and parts runner at Manhattan Auto when it was next to Gifford's Ice Cream on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda).
