controll panel.. do yu mean the part in the dash witt he buttons yo push?

If so... I have one. the face will need to be swaped with your face cause the display has a crack and I swiped the lights behind the buttons for mine. but the actual part itsel I did use. I got it used from a 97 cat I think.

Yup. That panel fixed a lot of my problems

do you believe it to be that panel instead of the blend door? i have the same issue and was about to check out the blend door in the passenger side

The temp sensor is located in the ac control panel, it's possible it goes out. Have you tried turning the temp to 90 or 60 and then manually control the fan to keep temp moderate?

what do you mean by manually control the fan? try to move the actuator open/shut?
