So my 368 cu in motor is a workhorse and all, but is there amy way to pull maybe another 20% out of it? I know my options are limited, but I'd like to have a bit more pep to get on the interstate. Intake? Exhaust? Hell, might put a shot of nitrous in it. Suggestions?

could always go with some performance mufflers and cold air intake if they make it for that engine or if you can modify for it.
Not sure if you'll be able to find much pre-built performance parts for it, but exhaust and intake stuff could always be fabbed up from a simliar car.

1980 and performace don't go in the same sentence. ;)
As with any engine, airflow in and out will help. Dual exhaust. 2.5". Lose the cat, or go with two new high flows. Headers if you can find them. Less restrictive air cleaner.
The biggest problem isn't the engine. It is the gears. Go to some 3.08s/3.42s/3.73s and it will feel like you added 100HP while taking 500lbs out of the car. Of course, your engine will now rev 2500-3200rpm on the highway. Then you would want to swap in an OD trans... it never ends... ;)

I removed the cat and ran straight dual exhaust; kept the stock headers. To me it runs fine the way it is. If you want performance swap out the 6.0 and replace with a 7.0 (425) or a 8.2 (500) For these engines there are performance parts.....
