I placed an order for a new EXT on September 29th. I am having trouble getting up to date information on the order from my dealer. I can't locate a way to track this order online. Is there a way that someone can help. The order number is PHDZQ5. Thanks for any help

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I am ordering from Canada, I think cadillacconnects com is tied to US orders only? I don't know of a canadian web site equivalent to the one you have suggested. Is there other GM sources to track this order? Again thanks so much for your help.

I can't imagine it taking so long , there aren't too many variations , what is special about yours ? Color ?
