I am trying to get some help understanding how to use the OBD on my 1994 fleetwood. I know how to enter the mode but I haven't figured out how to clear the codes. i looked at the sticky but couldn't find what the codes i saw meant. Can anyone tell me what these codes mean?
00-77
05-10

Also how do you reset the codes? i have one that is shown as history:
02-110

any help would be much appreciated

P.S. does this year model have an OBDI or II?

Your car has OBD I. Only the '96 cars got OBD II (and I guess some late production '95 cars had like a hybrid 1-2 system thing apparently).

00-77= Cooling Fan relay, potential incorrect voltage

05-10= Your program number is 10

To clear any codes, hit the OFF button on the ECC, whilst the code is being displayed.

Thanks...i found the info after posting lol. where is the cooling fan relay located? i have a leak on the top of my radiator where the upper hose connects...i wonder if that could be causing the error in the relay. what the heck is the program number? Ima clear the codes today see if they show up again. now that i know what the mean sort of.

thanks...i was planning on heading to Autozone and have them read my codes but i think they can only do that on OBDIIs. I got the codes now....now I need a translator.

Yeah, they only can read OBD II. The only place that I've ever found that can read and interpret OBD I codes is Aamco.

I have a 95 fleetwood with codes 43 & 48. Can anyone tell me how to fix them?

^If those are both 00# codes, then replace your knock and MAF sensors.

43, 48 says nothing unless you clarify whether it is 00-48, 01-48, 02-48 etc.

I already put a different Maf on but it still runs like crap. Any other problems that could cause this?

Disconnect and reconnect the sensor some ten times to clean contacts. It may help. I have replaced two windshield washer pumps before I realized the connector was the culprit.

I already replaced the maf sensor & it didnt help. I didnt know if there was a common problem that set these codes or something I should look for to figure them out.
