My radiator is leaking on my 94' Seville SLS. I was wondering if it can be repaired. I am not sure what part of the radiator is leaking. I know it has plastic tanks so I wasn't sure if a radiator shop could repair it. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The plastic end tanks are relatively easy to replace. Remove the radiator, uncrimp the tabs holding the tank onto the rad and remove the old tank, recrimp the tabs to install the new tank with a pair of pliers. A little time consuming but relatively easy to do...assuming of course that the leak is a crack in the end tank.

I am not sure what it will cost you to get the end tanks done, but I got a new radiator from these guys just recently through ebay. I paid $138.

Automotive Radiator Exchange at 1-800 321-1532.

That is half of what the local parts stores want.
