I was pulling into a parking structure and in a moment of carelessness, I cut the corner too soon and my passenger side rear wheel scraped the curb. Does anyone here know if this is something easily repairable DIY or do I need to bring it into a wheel repair shop?

If it's chrome I would say no way as a DIY. If it's polished metal and it's not to bad you may be able to grind it smooth with a dremel tool and polish it back. Try a bit of clear coat when your done.
