I was detailing my car, and like an idiot sprayed water on the engine area while car was off. Have done this in past with no problem. A couple of hours later when I went to start it was running rough and SES light came on and started flashing. I went home and scanned and pulled a P0308 and I forget the # but the secondary air pump code. Tried to start a little later and only the P0308 remains its not running as rough but still throwing that code. Did i ruin the Coil Pack? What can I do? Please help.

You'll probably have better success over on the Pre-2005 STS Forum. You've posting in the 2005-2011 STS Forum.

A little water shouldn't hurt anything. Starting a car after a windy heavy rain isn't any different. Do you have the original plug wires?

Oh sorry. I didn't realize i was in the wrong forum. Yes, they are original wires though. But it has never missed and ran beautifully until the water. We were installing an HID light kit also. Thanks, anymore advice??

I doubt it ruined anything, pull it off and let it dry out.
