:lildevil: If it was a coupe I'd be bidding, the quarters look good and I need some quarters. The hood hinge is bent, but it looks clean otherwise.

overheating? Hmmm. I wonder if the engine is toast? :)

I highly doubt it, these 500's are tough. I took "overheating" to mean coolant leak from their description. But if you can get it for less than $800 and it is as clean as it looks, I guarantee you can fix it up nice for less than buying one with no issues.

A head gasket job on that engine is a 4 hr job tops and has no surprises.

Chazam! That is a Chad-mobile if I ever saw one! It would give him the size he loves, while handling better that his beloved '70's Lincolns (that's not saying much). The car looks good in the photos, but I wonder about rust considering where it is located. He could sure haul a lot of his buddies around, while keeping his mobile bedroom in reserve for special dates! If bought cheaply enough could prove to be a fun project!

While it's nice overall, and the color combo is killer, I don't know what I'd do with something that large. I could however make an exception for a Mark IV/V.

BTW, there's a 75-76 Sedan deVille for sale just south of Hastings on 316. Black, white top and white interior. I see it every Monday when I go to Red Wing, but haven't had any interest to stop in his driveway and look at it.

Chad you got to think of the economics, the next bid is $310. That is something like 16 pounds per dollars! That's a hell of a lot cheaper than steak!
