Wow, where do I start. Took the car in on Wed at about 11AM to get the rear bezel replaced, PCM update for rough idle, replace the discolored pillars broken little vent knob, swap the clock and/or dash display, and a slipping shift from 1st to second....I call thursday around 2PM to check the status of my car. Service advisor tells me everything is done except one tech couldnt find the tranny problem...tells me the car will be ready around 5PM and if I want I can ride with a tech to show the slipping...

The fun begins...

I get there, the advisor that I was working with isnt there...no big deal...my car will be pulled out front...I walk aroung the back of the car to see how great my new paint matched rear bezel looks...SAME water logged unit is still on the car...so I go inside and go to another advisor(very helpful however) looks up my car and tells me the part was special order...well this wouldnt have been a problem if I had know it wasnt replaced, I would have left the car longer but supposedly "everything was done"

theres more...

So im a little let down and pissed I have to bring my car back out...30 min drive from work in traffic btw...and get them to install the part when it comes in...I go to leave a second time..it looks like a 3 year old washed my car...missed spots on the hood deck lid, all over the car...it just plain looks like crap...whatever...no biggy...get in the car...vent knob still broken...clock "recalibrated" but still a few minutes off...side pillars not replaced...and the biggest thing that pissed me off they rolled my freshly tinted windows down which I specifically told them not to do and even made notes in the car...

So they kept my car overnight and basically did nothing but recalibrate the clock, swirl the damnit out of my paint and fvck up my windows...

what makes this worse is I used to detail cars and then later sold cars for a living...

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

write a letter to the manager. you shouldn't have to put up with that kind of treatment when you spend that much for a car.

VA dealerships all suck
don't ever take your car to pohanka cadillac in fredericksburg, VA. Lindsay was ok until that last phone convo which i wrote a nice little comment on the survey form from gm.
