If that car doesn't look like a "Maine" car underneath, that is a hell of a deal...

Love it.

Oh yeah, I love those old Rivieras. The old Bonnevilles, too.

Since we are off topic, and someone said Bonnevilles... here is my 71 Pontiac. Bad digital pic of a 35mm print, but you get the idea.

Did you ever put the interior the way you wanted?

I like the front ends of '71 full-size Pontiacs, Jay. I just pulled a "400" emblem from the grille of a big '71 Pontiac clamshell wagon in an old junkyard last week. Car had been sitting in the woods since 1981 and struggling through the thorns, spiders and hornet nests to get at it was not fun. Cleaned and painted the emblem though, and it's going to look great in the grille of my brother's '71 Grand Prix!

Anyone else want Jay as their next door neighbour?!?

haha yeah...I can honestly say I'm envious of Jay. Nice garage full of nice cars...

All I have are three decent caddies with parking for 1 car at my apartment! haha.

Hmm, how was the grille on that 71? I could use another one. Send me pics of the car if you have them! Or if you want to go back out in the woods... ;)

Grille was very good with no damage. Also, after further investigation into the '81 parts you asked about. The breather is not good. It was very rusty at one time and poorly repainted. Looks like hell. The rad support with decal is actually quite good! I could send it if we sorted out some way to cover shipping. Let me know!
