The Southern California Region of the CLC had its Regional National show today, which allowed me to get a few pics of some very nice Cadillacs. Hard way to spend a Saturday, I know, but someone's gotta suffer! :D This year was a nice surprise as we had a good number of newer cars, so I thought I'd start with those.

1995 ETC

1993 Fleetwood Brougham. So nice to see one in original condition for a change.

1985 Eldorado Biarritz. An awesome car surrounding a lousy engine.

GaryS's 1979 FWB. I got to drive it! :cloud9:

1978 Seville. Black exterior looks great with the camel leather interior.

1978 Eldorado Biarritz. Owner bought it for $600!

There was supposed to have been another 1977 CDV, but mine will have to do for now.

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/008.jpg

1970 Deville Convertible. Yummy!

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/009.jpg

A 1970 CDV showed up just as a spectator. Poor thing was all rusted out. Seeing tarmac through the floor pan is never a good sign, kids.

1976 Eldorado Convertible.

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/011.jpg

This 1967 Eldorado is named Old Gold by its owner. It's travelled almost 500,000 miles, most recently to the CLC's Grand National Show in Kansas City in July.

And now, some older cars. Lets start with a pair of 1961s.

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/015.jpg

1957 SDV.

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/016.jpg

1956 Series 62 Convertible. The guy who owns this one literally found it in an old lady's garage, bought for nearly nothing, and got it up and running with minimal effort. It's nearly all-original with really low miles.

1953 CDV

1953 Eldorado

1947 Series 75 Sedan

1949 Sixty Special. This is an original car, including paint and interior.

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/022.jpg

A pair of 1947 convertibles.

A pair of '41s

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa237/cmchally/2010%20SoCal%20CLC%20Regional%20National/025.jpg

And the star of the show, a 1934 Model 355D Five-Passenger Touring Car. Not surprisingly, this won best of show.

Special for Chad. It's for sale, and he only wants $13500 for it! :helpless:

I don't see any rust..

That's because I didn't take any close ups or pics of the interior, esp the floor pan. I wasn't kidding when I said you could see pavement through the gaping holes in the floor. I will never understand why people let cars get that way.

Craig, Thanks for sharing - so many nice cars. Southern California is the best place to find super clean cars. :)

Yeah, I really like your yellow CDV. That's a Florida/California color if there ever was one.

Great show Craig! The blue 60 cdv was one of my favorites of the day. Can't beleive it still has the original clear plastic seat covers.

I am starting to get a feeling for 70s Eldos... there is a mint, low mile example FS near me. I have avoided going to look at it...

Jay, those are really cool cars and you should have one held captive in your garage. :)
