Hey guys, Just got an 05 STS v8 northstar about 2 months ago.

Big change for me, I went from a 07 dodge charger RT that I had on 24s, now to this car its much classier, and surprisingly the power is very close if not the same.

I'll get more pics, I haven't done anything to it yet, looking to get some ideas from you guys on here, also, I've been looking online at grills and all are like $400+, anyone know of a place to get them at a cheaper price? I was thinking on getting the 18 piece grill...Thanks

Welcome to the forums! Great having another STS owner to share comments and info on the STS. I love my wifes STS N* so much she was not letting me drive it enough and I got a deal on a STS-V and pulled the trigger on it. We are a STS Cadi family for sure. Enjoy!

IMHO the Platinum grille is the nicest and cheaper at 300, and you if you can get your hands on it, the GM accessory lamps look amazing.

Again welcome itsaboy ( for short) I hope you have many many carefree miles to put on your Caddy. As you can see most of us here love our Caddies and we hope you enjoy yours as well as this forum where a lot a valuable knowledge is shared.( Well most of the time). I've had my 05 1SG for over 2 years and love the performance of this beast. Just remember to get yourself an extended warranty and happy motoring.

Welcome! Enjoy your new car.

Don't be put off by the lack of response. We do usually have more posts than seen lately.

Lockpick will enable DVD and NAV functions at all times! Corsa Catback exhaust and a Volant Cold Air Intake are great sounding and improve performance a little. Love it or hate it, but I run 20" chrome rims in the summer, wider than stock front and back. Obviously I love it...........255 35 20s in front and 285 35 20s

Have fun with your hot rod caddy!
