Hello All, I ended up going with some Asanti AF134A's. 20", custom drilled to 20x8.5 and 20x10 in the rear - 6x115 bolt pattern with our correct offsets. I do have some questions however.

Ive read nearly every thread on lowering springs on both of our forums. There is so much random info and nothing that really all comes together.

Where exactly carries the lowering springs, and what models are there? What is a good price? And no one says yet how much it actually lowers. As you can see now, my car looks like a monster truck.

Do I need the spacers from D3? I see they take months to deliver. Anyone else make a set, or do I even need them with non-magnetic ride shocks? What exactly do they do.

With the new tires and wheels, they came with "dummy" TMPS sensors that gives me a "service tire pressure monitor sensor" message. Can I take my existing sensors off my OEM wheels and make them functional on these?

Thanks in advance for everyones help on the forums!!

nice car!! well D3 took a while cuz when I order the kit they were on back order.. when they got the spring in they shipped them to me that same week.. but they srcrew up by sending me the rods instead of the spacers I did it all online so if ur thinking about ordering a kit I suggest u do it over the phone.. the springs are B&G D3 said the front would lower 3/4" an the back 1 1/4" I think they have two kits I don't know If there different in lowering sizes I'm not sure that's something u should ask them.. I hope to do the install this weekend I'll let u know how everything turns out if I do get a chance to do it..

hope this helps

Nice car. I have never heard of "dummy" sensors the DIC message simply means that 1. There aren't any sensors or 2. If there are sensors they haven;t been paired with the reciever in the car. The old sensors should work but you are now you are going to have to pull your wheels and remount your tires

Ditto - Nice looking ride. Wheels look great. Lower? It looks like your stock, I presume, height may be a little tall. I find the stock height of my 05 1SG AWD N* perfect.
But, to each his own. No matter what sensors the wheels came with you need to install the OEM's from your stock wheels. There is no reason they should not work. However, if you did not note which corner each came from you will need to reset them, 2 minutes with a tool. Just buy the Caddy mechanic some coffee and donuts.
Good luck.................... Joe P
