I'll find you a part number to take to your dealership parts department. These are just hitting the assembly plant for the 2011's.

This is directed to GMJim. With the adjustable fence finally being available, have you heard if GM will make them available for free to existing 2010 SRX owners? We were supposed to get them afterall and it wouldd be the right thing to do. Thanks for any help you can offer.

GeeVee, I have not heard anything, but free, would be highly unlikely.

What do they look like and how installed ?? Not sure what this is about....I would find it hard to believe that GM would now give them away to 2010 owners. BUT if we wanted them at a cost price would be a nice transaction....just my $ .02

I needed something on day one.............so I took my old 2004 SRX cargo net and put it in the X! Works great. Used 2 of the movable cargo rings to hold the bottom of net, and added 2 retaining hooks on upper side walls. 4 screws/hooks went right into padded side walls and hold the top of net up.

Universal nets are available on web I think?

Stuff doesn't go flying anymore..............

I'm told cargo fence "Accessory" is looking like Q4. I believe price is going to be in the $150 realm. You can probably order a service part (since they are in all 2011MY vehicle), but the price will be higher.

The "official accessory" is still coming sometime this quarter. Basically that means the fence, stanchions, and storage clips are packaged and sold at a different margin than a service part (i.e. less expensive).

I played with the fence at my local dealer on an '11, and it actually seems quite useful.

The service part #'s for the fence and the "feet" are as follows. If you have a later '10 build, there are also 4 clips (and screws) to secure it on the bottom side of the underfloor storage lid for storage. I'm told for the three parts below, it will run about $200. Again, the accessory "should be" in the $150 range (all these are MSRPs).

Cargo Fence Service Part #: 20978014
Cargo Fence Feet Part# (set of 2): 20955849
