In order to remove the HVAC blower motor on a Northstar equipt car, you must lower the front of the engine cradle to gain clearence for the lower bolts on the motor and the squirel cage. At least that's how I remember it from before. Well I've got to do it again to another Seville; the main question is, do I have to remove the two coolant fans. I forget...or is there a better way?

Harry, All I did on my '97 was to disconnect the passenger side dog bone. Remove the drivers side and replace it with an appropriate sized turnbuckle. I think it was about 7" but I'm not positive. That will allow you to rock the engine forward enough to get the new blower back in.
