I know you guys have dogged me for coupe updates, and I appreciate that. You aren't the only ones. I just got a letter from my classic insurer, and they require an updated appraisal on my 81. So... it comes out of the garage tomorrow. Wash, mount up the wires, etc. The appraiser gets here at 1:30, so look for an updated post on my project thread shortly after. Yes, I will take pics. In even better news, I am going to the license bureau for plates for it (and renewals for three of my other cars) on Thursday.

I refuse to believe these blasphemous lies until photographs are produced.

Jay, what classic insurance company are you dealing with? I was looking at Zehr....need to get the car appraised.

I think we're all proud of you for finally getting your car out of the garage. Bravo Jay-son! :)

Thanks, Dave! I just got in from the garage. I'll save the stories for the project thread ;)

Rob, I use Lant Insurance. http://www.lant-ins.ca/index.php DIRT cheap, and great coverage.

Curses....I have no garage, and therefore do not qualify as I have no secure storage. That being said, Zehr does not have that stipulation. The car does, however, have to have a minimum appraisal value of $5000, and I'm not quite sure if mine will appraise that high. Here's to hoping!
