I have to have it, or I get a ticket. It's getting paid to be ugly, because if you don't have it YOUR paying for being pretty.

I do every sort of driving to prove I can do it. I road course, drag, and drift. I'm damn good at every single one! The compliments are endless at any event I drive at.

Remove plate and bracket and lay on passenger front floor board at all times. Get pulled over and tell cop you just bought bracket and are on the way home to install it. Win.

That doesn't work lol. You still get a ticket, then you have to go to a police station and show it installed before the ticket is cleared.

Fold it over the letters and zip tie it to the lower grill using the holes now facing the grill.

Is that why you have no Cadillac wreath on the grille? :alchi:

As for what you're doing, major kudos!

As for your watermarked "professional photographer", that's a pretty poor quality pic...

What is going on with your upper and lower grilles? Are they painted?

Thanks.

I didn't take the pictures, I'm driving the car...

The wreath was damaged, full of water and cracked. I took it off and rolled the indentation in the grill out to make it even all the way across then painted both the upper and lower grilles.

It looks ok, but I'm going to put an oem upper grill back in from eBay and leave the lower painted black I think.

License plate is not a concern to me, once the car gets repainted in 2 weeks it will go back into the OEM location with an oem bracket.

Just last weekend we had a very bad storm here in minnesota and 75% of my car is covered in hail damage. They might total it out, if not they are going to fix the whole thing and repaint it. Once it is repainted and back to exquisite condition, It might go up for sale.

The place doing all the repairs if it is not totaled has done a lot of work for our shop and they are the #1 recommended body shop by the Maserati, Audi, Porsche, and Cadillac local dealerships. They have like 3 or 4 Ferraris in their shop right now getting fixed. I hope my car doesn't get totaled out just so I can get some of their work done! haha.

Ugh I really hope it isn't totaled.

When you put the plate back I would totally bend the top over in a vice and then attach it to the lower... that's what I did, and it look stellar.

Adam,

Get a plate bracket from Max at Creative Steel. They look great and make it so no drilling of the bumper is required.

Already saw that. I'm going to use OEM.

I used headlight tint film to do the headlights.
