Sorry if this has been posted and i did attempt to use the search function but found nothing.

I just recently purchased a 2007 escalade fully loaded with the rear entertainment package. When i purchased the car i did not have the infared headphones so currently the sound for the DVD player for the kids is going through all speakers. Is there a way to two zone the speakers so i can play music on the front speakers and have the DVD sound come from the back seats? I am so tired of having to listen to Dora everyday.

Buy the headphones on ebay. Your truck came with them you just didn't receive them.

Buy or get a computer speaker or IPOD/Zune speaker set that will plug into the rear jacks.....I don't think you need amplified ones but if you do find one that has a 12v power supply. Test this first if you can with headphones because I don't remember if the RSA is independent of front speakers. The Owner's manual seems to indicate that it is. Radio Shack or somewhere similar should have any RCA/mini plug adapters required.

I'm about to buy the Rear Seat Entertainement remote control for my EXT from Chevypartsguys (Kentall Chevrolet) on Ebay. I searched on Ebay and found this one from them: #370414609534, ending on 29-Aug-10 14:28:37 EDT - 03-09 SUBURBAN TAHOE ESCALADE HHR DVD REMOTE CONTROL GM

But after emailing them, they said it doesn't work with my truck, so I asked for a paypal invoice for the one that does work with my truck, it's $28.
