I was removing my rear drivers tire and I could not get it off. I had the tire removed from the hub, but there was not enough room between the wheel well to completely take the tire off. So I put it back on, Is it me or is there a trick to this?

DO you mean the wheel? What kind of car is this? The Fleetwood? If it is you hae to take the fender skirt off. It should say in the owners manual how to do that.

I took off the skirt, removed all the lugs, lifted the tire but it will not clear the fender ..... it is a FWB

put jack stand on the frame and let axle drop

I got it, I used a floor jack, but I put it under the suspension, this did not allow enough room for the tire to drop off the hub. So jack placement was the problem...
