I have a 91 B'ham and would like to get a plain old set of Cadi hubcaps instead of the simulated wire ones.

I don't care for wire wheel covers personally either since they are difficult to clean. Have you checked eBay for hubcaps? I usually replace the steel wheels on my older cars with the alloy wheels from 93-96 rear drive Fleetwood wheels and they work just great. Here is what my car looks like with this these wheels:

Check eBay or your local junkyard for some good deals. Pretty much any hubcap, going back to the '60's will fit your factory steel rims. The only requirement is they are for a rear wheel drive.

Check hubcaps.org (http://www.hubcaps.org/cadillac.html) to see what years you like (I wouldn't buy from them though; the prices are too high). I've had good luck getting hubcaps from Arizona Vintage (http://www.azvintageparts.com/test/products2.html) (just click "Cadillac Jewelry" to open a query form for them to search their inventory) .
