2006 CTS-V (e.g., improved shift linkage, stiffer rear subframe bushings, stronger differential and drive shaft..from Auto Week article. Anyone have GM documentation on the improved stiffer rear subframe bushing? My repair shop is trying to talk me into putting a used 05 rear cradle into my 06. Even though the replacement part new is the same # for both years I bet the replacement is based on the 06 subframe not 05....Anyone care to comment?

All cars have wheel hop so I don't think it really matters.

Maybe you got a good one. A lot of 06 up still have horrible hop. Why do need the whole rear cradle? What's wrong with the old one? If you are just going to junk it, can I have it if I pay shipping?
