I wanted to know if anyone has tried out the new springs that D3 sells (B&G Springs)? I had the intrax springs they sold in the past and it was terrible. My shocks were done in less than 2 weeks. Just want any feedback on the drop and ride of the new springs.

I currently have the B&G springs on my 97 stsv but didnt buy them from D3. They r a damn good ride. I also just added the D3 spacers for the rear which lowers the car perfectly above the tires. Im satisfied

Does D3 sell the spacers separately? How much?

They do sell the spacers seperately. Just becareful who u talk to. I got 2 different prices when i called. $30 the first call then $38 the second and i tried to c if i bought 2 they would do something for me. Nope. Cheap ass and overpriced. U can by the springs online but i wouldnt go throught D3. I bought mine from a local buddy who has a shop and only cost $280

car rides amazing for how low it is. If you do the D3 spacers in drops the rear perfectly above the tire.

guys search on the thread I had a year ago on the D3 Springs. GM didn't make a 97 sts-v. The early D3 sets were B&G i think and had problems. The ones we all got were a special run from D3 and they came with all the necessary bushings. Which you DO need for lowering a STS-V. We have the nivomats that auto settle to a preset height.

Gentleman,
I bought the red springs from D3 (which are the B&G) and later found out that the ride hight adjustment was an issue I had not installed them on my 06 STS V as yet so they were just setting in storage
waiting for installiation. I sent Crag at D3 an email and asked about the kit and he send it to me at no cost with free shipping. I am waiting for my 08 to return home and then they will be installed.
I must say that De treated me well on this issue. Thank for your time
Russell
