I am looking for the best IPOD adapter to install in my 07 Escalade. I have the Navagation screen if that matters in this equation.

Is there one available that will display on my screen?

Please tell me which one to buy and why, and also where.

Thanks in advance.

Are there any solutions out there that will also send video from the iPOD to the nav screen?

But none of these solutions send video to the nav screen through the iPOD interface?

Since I don't do EBay, I got my USA Spec unit thru Crutchfield. A little more expensive, but very good, quick service.
The unit installs super easily & works reasonably well. The instruction manual sucks (obviously translated from Swahili) & the unit doesn't display on the head unit exactly as the manual says it should. But, if you experiment a bit it plays very well. It does not do video to the head unit.
After trying a CoastalTech unit in my 2007 which totally screwed up the display on the headunit, even in normal radio mode - this thing is 1000% better.

the thought the AV connectors at the back works like a regular TV out, meaning, you can plug your ipod nano(with video) and watch it?
