The ne C6, which shares the XLR chassis, is pretty cool for a $50k car. Do any of you fellow Lade owners like it or are you guys XLR lovers just cuz of the crest. The XLR is nicer and more luxurious, but the 05 vettes are very very fast and agressive.

I have always loved Vette's. I was surprised by the changes, but after letting them sink in a bit I actually like them. Its one hell of a ride, especially for the price. I was thinking about getting a Vette when I got my Escalade and I'm sure that I'll get one down the road.

Faster than the current one, looks damn good, and the price isn't as high as other cars with the same performance, damn good if you ask me

Styling wise I prefer the Vette over the XLR although the last one I had seen (2002) really disappointed me in the interior department. The Fit and finsh just wasn't there. Threads were coming out of the seams of the seats, instrumentation looked cheap. Maybe it was just me.

For the price I'd rather buy an E46 M3.

Can't go wrong with 400hp. I'd still rather drive an XLR though.

The new styling is great. Definate cues from a 360 Modena imo.

i've always loved corvettes, and am begining to love this one even more than the C5. i would take a C5 vette over any bimmer any day, even the M5. corvette just has those killer looks and attitude that's unmatched by anything below $100,000, with the exception of the old style viper :)

I may add one to my garage, but am still waiting for pics and specs on the new ZO6. The C6, from what I've heard, is very fun to drive and very fast. The center console gets hot from all the power, but this is a raw horses kinda ride, and I've heard in some other forums that fit and finish should be a bit better, still not as good as the XLR. The M3 has class but will completely change next year, the current model will look beyond dated. Give me the C6 or the XLR anyday to team up with my Escalade. I used to love german cars but GM pulled me back in w/ my current Caddy. These C6's are available right now and you will start seeing them everywhere pretty soon. The new 911 (2005 997) porsche is retro, but cool; the 998 in a few years is the one to wait for, it will be a REAL redesign and may have a V8. I can't wait to see the XLR "V" !!!

ive been keeping my eye more closely on porsche with all the gumblings of a sucessor to the 928 in the works powered by the cayannes twin turbo v8

The new 911 is a very big improvement over the last one , just from a looks standpoint

i saw about a dozen c6's last weekend and i'm not sure if i like them or not. interior is great considering it's a sports car and 95% of the people won't be driving it everyday. i don't really care about the interior since when i'm driving a vette, i'm enjoying driving the car and could care less what the interior looks like. they do look cool though with the nav. and push-button ignition.

i'm not sure how 'out' they are. but there are people who have them. they're shorter than the c5 and look more narrow. i don't know. if you live in an area that requires a front plate, it looks god ugly. i'm not sold, but then again, i wasn't sold on the c5s until recently. it's hard to argue with the power numbers.
