Weathertec offers a good looking SRX cargo liner. They state that it is for "3rd seat" only. The picture looked like it would be just fine in my SRX with no 3rd seat and the cargo organizer (still looking for the picture of an SRX with no liner or 3rd seat that John Caddy asked for).

Well the long and short of it is that I ordered it and it fits perfectly in a 2 seater with cargo organizer. Apparantely there is such a thing as one with neither 3rd seat not cargo liner. Someone with that configuration must have ordered their liner and it didn't fit.

Again , the Weathertec cargo liner works fine in an SRX with no 3rd seat and with a cargo organizer. It also works fine in a third seater with the third seat down.

I have two Golden Retrievers so I ordered a Cargo Bag (http://www.caraccessories.com/buy/00100hbcl/cargo_liners_cargobag.html) for our new SRX. I needed more protection than the Weathertech. We'll see how this works. I have the cargo organizer as well.

BTW, the dogs really like the rear air. They sit by the vents.

Do you use Cargo liner with second row seat flipped down? I like the idea of protecting the rear 'arm rests' from scratches.

Funny thing - I put a pressure-mounted gate in to keep dog off the seats. On a couple of short stops it fell down. Scared the dog and me too. I removed the gate and the dog stays in cargo area on his own. It's like having a virtual gate. He would have to squeeze to jump over the seat but he could certainly make it. I much prefer driving without the gate.

I didn't get the Cargo Bag yet. Should see it next week. Like you, we liked the concept of the bag preventing them from scratching the plastic on either side of the compartment. My intention is to use it with the second row seat up. That's the way the dogs ride in it now. I have a pet barrier that we used in our former Lexus RX300 that prevented them from hanging their heads over the seat between the headrests. Never had a problem with that model. I'll put that in when I get the bag.

I got my Weathertech cargo liner from www.mats.com. I also ordered front and rear floor mats, but they were nowhere near the right size and shape.
They fit my deVille, so I kept them.

Did the Cargo Bag come in yet? How does it fit? I need something for my dog as well.

By the way, Husky also makes a great SRX liner now.

I got the Husky SRX liner, too. It was a little less expensive than some of the others. It is rubber and has a lip all the way around that really saves the dirt from getting on the cargo area material.
