Put in a call yesterday to Cadillac Customer Service (Canada) to inquire if any TSB on Ultraview sunroof (creeking problem) and trip odometer resetting randomly; and if "stop buttons" for seat belts should be paid under warranty.

They have no record of any TSBs' on Ultraview or trip odometer.

They were extremely pleasant and also mentioned the new recall of "Lower control arm washer". Said letters just started going out this week; mentioned I have a service appt next week at my dealer and she said she would call service mgr to make sure recall done when car is brought in (They go by VIN #). They plan to follow up the next day with dealer to make sure all is repaired to my satisfaction.

Was very impressed overall. However, I don't have any serious problems!!
