My 94 FW is giving me some trouble. I took it into the local caddy dealer and they told me the wiring harness to the MAP sensor was bad, so I replaced it. I am still having the same troubles. It has no power, it misses after 20 mph. There is black smoke coming out of the exhaust. I was told by a friend to look at the EGR equipment. This car also has 260,000 miles, everything but the block is under 40,000 miles. Can anyone help???????

First step: look at your trouble codes

MAP Sensor trouble, O2 Sensor trouble, EGR Trouble. Would the O2 sensors cause these problems?
