Hello everyone I'm a newbie here. I have an 04 escalade with 2k miles just recently I have been noticing that at high speeds around 65 -80 mph the Lade is not as smooth on the road as it used to be. Feels like maybe it is in need of wheel balancing or something. Has anyone experience this?
The feeling is sort of like a vibration thu-out the truck. The steering doesnt shimmy but maybe just a tad. Anyone with this sort of problem that can lead me in the right direction?

Thanks

One of the most common reasons for vehicle warranty for vibration is lost wheel weights. Take a look and see if you can find evidence of a lost weight. You may or may not be able to tell. Complain to the dealer.

If your steering wheel shakes than its your front tires that are out of balance, if your passenger seat shakes than its your rear wheels that are out of balance.

Hey Samrod, Welcome! Just a heads up: try searching previous threads for the same issue you have first. It takes alot of time but there is a TON of archived knowledge here. BTW: In my experience a Hunter Roadforce Balance is the only way to go. It applies actual wieght to the tire and wheel during the process and is the only way to keep my Caddy SMOOTH as glass! :)

Welcome Samrod, and my question to you is, are you running larger wheels and tires? Because I was having the same problem but after the tires warmed up it would go away. A friend told me it was because of the soft rubber on my Khumos settling while parked. Once warmed up smooth as silk.. :cookoo:
Im not crazy!!!
