Honda provides lifetime warranty for seat belt systems. Does Cadillac do the same?

I believe it is required by law that all manufacturers do.

That's exactly my problem. The shoulder harness driver side stopped retracting last week. 93 Fleetwood - I don't want start messing with it if it's covered by GM. I was just hoping to get the scoop on it from someone who may have gone through this already before I set up an appointment. If they are like Honda, they will try to charge you until you let them know that you know it's covered under warranty.

I'll call Cadillac tommarow and ask, my '93 DeVille has a minor retracting problem in the front passenger seat and in the rear passenger, also one is a little frayed on the edge, barely.
