11.63 is crazy fast...just thinking about that kind of number gives me wood...well, maybe not at my age...but it would have 20 years ago!

What mods you got? Nice trap speed; makin' some power there.

My mods include the wait4me 4inch intake, AMR long tube headers straight thru exhaust with Corsa tour on demand with a DMH electronic cut out, Port and polished supercharger snout, Upper and lower pulley upgrade to 15 psi, a dyno tune 550RWHP 550 RW TQ and a six speed, 265/40/18 Mickey Thompson drap radials. Corey Hernderson of Henderson performance tuned and did all the work on the car.

550rwhp and 550 rwtq seems very low for your mods...especially out of a 6spd manual

What wheels do you use to mount the 18 inch drag radials?

Meh.... can't deny the timeslip is impressive. Dynos are for tuning.
Probably a mustang dyno and he was heat soaked.

Wow, with those mods I would expect 11:25's. Not trying to be too critical since I wasn't there. I just think 60 more RWHP on my car and about the same traps?

So why only 265 width drag radials?

Remember mph indicates hp, not e.t. I'll take that over a dyno number anyday. NICE!

Btw, hp calculator given your trap speed (124) and weight 4200 lbs shows 625. That's more like it.

You need to account for driver and gas. Should be more like 4,400 lbs. Also those things aren't too precise.

I've been really wanting to try out that electronic cutout mod. I wish I could find a place to mount it before the secondary cats and that annoying bend in the exhaust that will also not change ground clearance.

Very nice #'s though. 124mph trap is movin'!

I will try to answer some of the questions first the dyno numbers were on a mustang dyno. the wheels are from Lorenzor and the 265 40 gave me the same patch as the ps2 or very close. My weights plus the cars is around 4300 pounds I believe the six speed is 4100. I have no cats so my cut outs point straight out the back just befor the bend to my corsa mufflers. looks bad as from behind. I have video and a time slip but need to find the time and know how to post it later today. I will be dynoing it in two weeks at fuel injection specialist out of San Antonio in two weeks anyone no what kind of dyno they use.

Mustangs generally read (in my experience) lower than DynoJets due to the resistance they impart in the dyno process.

We need some accurate weights on the Auto/Manual...I have not seen other than published numbers...anyone have access to a truck scale?

Ok so you have the cutouts placed right before the muffler, where the piping starts to bend and open up to the mufflers?

Do you find any loss or gain in top end/low end power with the cutouts opened or closed? Thanks bro

So ET denotes good/bad driver then. :canttalk:

Strictly a traction issue I have had two NHRI licensed drivers run similar ets, until I can get a true drag slick We wont know what the car can really do the best 60 foot is 1.87 with slicks it would probably be around 1.50 or better.

No difference open or closed on the dyno. These high performance engine are not effected by lack of back press like the older Ls engines. You dont see cats or mufflers on modern day stock cars or road raceing cars unless the are old tech.
