Any experince with with McGaughy's products? Local shop owner does good work and swears by them. I never heard of them, I am on the fence on having him do up a 2/3 drop. He says I will get a true 2/3 (no 2.5 or 2.75). Kit comes with spindles up front, which I prefer.

Any feedback??

good stuff :worship: :worship:Plan on putting the 30009 kit on my Escalade.Comes with the shock extensions so you don't have to miss with the ride height sensor. The 30009 is for suv with air level ride.30008 is for non auto level ride.

So do I assume the 07 Escalade ESV comes with auto level? Ive never heard it kick in, I know in my Benz I can hear it at times. Ive wanted to get McGaughys but always wondered which one of the two model numbers to get.

The 30009 is for Cadillac, Escalade, ESV 2WD & 4WD with HD(heavy duty) Or Air Shocks. If you have air shocks this is the kit you need 30009.The 30008 is for 2WD Non HD/Air Shocks.

I'm pretty sure that the 4AWD are all heavy duty air shocks, some of the 2 wheel drives don't have air shocks.

I only hear my air pump come on after the truck sits for 2 or more days.If you want to be sure, look at the rear shocks and you will see a thin air line going to it, up towards the top side of the shock. If you see the line you need the 30009 kit.

If yall contact your dealer's parts department, they should be able to tell you your suspension set-up by using your VIN number.

Hows the ride with the 2/3 drop with 24's? Also will the truck sit level or will the rear be higher?
