sorry guys, im sure that there is a thread somewhere on this but when i go to search its nothings happening on my computer.

Anyways im looking for drilled and slotted rottors for my sts-v and have seen them on ebay shipped for 170-200, and i know the GM ones are around 350, has anyone bought generic rotors off ebay? any luck? thoughts and ideas guy...thanks alot

If you buy the drilled rotors, keep a close eye on cracks. With modern pads, the drilled and slotted rotors are for looks. I plan on installing some custom two piece rotors when I have to replace rotors. The two piece rotors will be able to dissipate heat better and weigh less to reduce unsprung weight.

I have them on my car -- look good; no problems with them -- they are not slotted; only drilled. I seem to think I paid ~ $500 for both pairs..

I plan to go to TCE Performance. Todd made some custom rotors for me in the past. Aluminum hats with curved vane rotors. I haven't contacted him about rotors since I still have a lot of life left in the current brake system.

i found this and doubtt they are any good for a price like that withh pads, i dont need pads and with a price like that they are probably garbage and i wont even use them but what do you think???am i missing something..
