Could you please let me know what product is the best to clean and recondition my 91 Brougham's vynil roof?

Where can I buy the products?

Also, if you have any tips on how to reconditioned and clean it would be very well appreciated.

My Brougham's need to be clenaed, it is like dull in color, needs shining, or polishing.
