So, okay, rather than answer one person here for all interested parties:-

Take a FWD 1989-1992 Fleetwood Sedan (6CB69 model code) and add a acclaimed Italian designer interior by Giorgio Guigiaro's famed ITAL DESIGN house in Turin Italy. Well, he was not 100% responsible as yes he designed the style of the leather and the style of the operation of the 22-way dual front power seats, with "split-frame" construction, meaning each seat part moved independantly of any other, with triple element heated seats with power operated headrests. The actual seats were then manufactured by Allied Signal Corporation of Morristown, New Jersey (very near me!) ~ but I believe now out of business ! > ??? The seats were actually patented, as well, having received both an Italian & American patent. The 1989 & 1990 both also had a center front seat cushion with a push button power opening compartment. This was dropped beginning with the 1991 models.
Once having been made into a "Sixty Special" the model code became 6CS69, replacing the former "B" with a "S" in the 2nd posistion.
In 1993, they switched the Fleetwood name to the then all new RWD Caprice/Roadmaster based Cadillac Fleetwood. Therefore, the "C" body FWD needed a new name, for its final year. They used Sixty Special for it. However.... it did not have the above described interior, but rather the former FWD Fleetwood interior. However, it reverted to a model code 6CB69, as a regular Fleetwood (Non-Sixty Special had been 1989-1992.) However, they continued to offer the Ital-Design interior package intact. It then went to the OPTION list (rather than a model) and became known as the ULTRA, or Sixty-Special ULTRA. Same exact product, but now code Y45 on the option listing, rather than a model 6CS69.
Here are the production figures, and yes, it's VERY rare, as it was a $3,550.00 option!

2007 for 1989
1824 for 1990
1253 for 1991
0815 for 1992
0688 for 1993
For a Grand Total of 6,587 over the 5 model-year period.
The Interior Colors were:-
Dark Blue
Garnet
Gray (1989 only)
Slate Gray (1990 & 1991 only)
Light Gray (1992 & 1993 only)
Onyx Black (1992 & 1993 only)

There were 7 exterior paint colors that were taboo with the Ital Design Interior, because they really didn't have an interior color to compliment them, they were:-
Dk. Antelope / Antelope / Antelope Firemist / Cameo Ivory / Dk. Auburn / Light Auburn / and Autumn Brown. Each of these are various shades of browns, from very very pastel cream (Cameo Ivory) to a brown so dark it was nearly black: Dk. Auburn.

On a side note, I did not order this pkg. as I wanted White Leather. With my midnight black-purple ("Deep Plum") the only ULTRA color choice would have been the Lt. Grey, which was not strikig enough for me.
