1991 Brougham, there is a rubber/plastic (plate filler) piece where the license plate is, and where the fuel tank is.

The piece matches the color of the car, the one in my car is cracked, where can I find and buy and new original piece?

Is it easy to replace?

they're very easy to replace. you do, however, have to get it painted, which is the biggest pain.
