Ok Its time to fix my suspension on the 1994 concours w/ FE1 suspension

setup. Its been bad for over a year, the front struts are gone and the rears

have holes in the rubber!! Im not even thinking of boston cuz if heard too

many bad things of them. Of course Im not ganna pay $1000 for each strut

so I think I have a solution. I want the air ride so I'm planning on buying

Arnott Rear air shocks/struts. And strutmasters Front Struts whick comes w/

the springs. My front driver-side Ride height sensor is bad, I had it checked

out and I was told it could be a wire cuz the sensor & the electric box in the

truck are fine. So thats why I dont wanna go with arnott's front struts &

because you have to buy the springs cuz arnott doesn't sell the front struts

w/ springs. I'm trying to get the smoothest suspension all for under $1000.

Plus I'm probably going to buy the Goodyear Comfortread tires for more

smoothness. :bouncy: What do you all think??

Did you go ahead with your upgrades, and if so, how did it turn out?

Good luck getting anyone to reply to this I made a similar post asking for help regarding the air ride suspension and had 70 people read it yet got not one single reply I am going to look online for a more helpful Cadillac owners group I used to belong to one but computer crashed and I lost the link

Did you ever do your conversion. I put the Arnott rear shocks on my 2004 Seville, my fronts seem to be ok so far, and am very happy with the ride, although it has only been 3 weeks.

I just rejoined the Cadillac forums since I sold that piece of junk concours that I threw all my money at and it still rode like a brick. I was sure I was done with Cadillacs after that but I just bought an "06 DTS with an offer I couldn't refuse. I did use ALL AcDelco parts on the concours and arnott struts but the ride was still VERY STIFF and horrible, a regular car with springs felt smoother.
