So I went to replace the brakes with 2 new front calipers, and all new rotors all around. Here is the end result, I broke the bleeder screw on the brand new drivers side front caliper. When taking off one of the bolts of the rear caliper it was so rusted in snapped in half.

So now my question: I clearly have a ton of air in the lines now, what is the easiest way to drain and bleed the entire system? I want to put in DOT4 fluid.

also

Does the rear piston that you have to screw in to get the caliper back on pop out when you engage the brakes with the car on?

Hey man did you get any advice on your question or what did you do to figure it out if you did because I am having the same exact issues with my car so many times I went through six bottles a break fluid air still keeps coming out

If you have air coming out you have a leak somewhere... What exactly did you change, if calipers did you use new copper washers on the hoses?

I change my brake master cylinder, my proportioning valve because I thought they may have air in it when I was bleeding it big hard clumps of rust started coming out and some ibreak lines that were rusted and broke when I removed the proportioning valve I have looked everywhere and could not find a leak
