i am looking at getting what i believe is a 78 phaeton coupe, and i was wondering if someone can help me read the vin #. the # the owner gave me is as follows 604s99127114 is was wondering what characters mean what and what engine it came from the factory also is it actully a 78 phaeton or not? any help is greatly appreciated.
