Hi folks,

apologies if this has been asked time and again, what's the best parts source for a 90-92 Brougham? Needs some this and that, exterior chrome trim, ash tray, interior wood, exterior indicator lens left and right and stuff like that. Mostly minor.

You can usually find some good auctions on eBay for Cadillac parts. Anything not there, you can find at your local junkyard (they're full of '80's and '90's Cadillacs).

Best, and by far cheapest, will be at a local "U Pull It" junkyard.

Try this place, depending on where you are in Jersey. You can get there via 78w if you're up north. It's by far the cheapest and largest place i've found yet. They had a dark blue '90 up there last month but it was pretty stripped. Harry's in Hazleton is just another 20 minutes north of that too, but they rape you on the prices.

Try junk yards. Its probably easier to find the stuff on the internet because around here anyway 1990-1992s don't pop up much.

:werd: Its impossible to find any RWD Cadillac in a junkyard around here. I called over 10 different junk yards in the phone book before I found one who had a 1990 307 olds junker. The interior on that poor car was drop dead mint, it was nicer than my car IMO. They have tons of FWD Northstar powered cars though:rolleyes:

I can usually find one with an 80s Brougham but not much from one works with the newer ones. Front wheel Drive DeVilles & Fleetwoods upto 93 no problem. But anything newer then that is usually Sevilles for some reason and like you said Northstar.

I've never been able to find a Brougham in any of the local wreckers around here. I need the driver's seat seatbelt anchor strap (the part that comes up from under the seat with the latch on it) in dark red...for whatever reason mine was replaced with a BLUE anchor that just has GM on the latch. Looks horrible.

FYI, yesterday I took a ride up to the place I suggested earlier in this thread and there are no '90-'92 broughams currently, several from the late '80's and a '79 hearse (which I've never come across before).
