: 95 Brougham steering stabilizer

help how do i remove the steering stabilizer shock also know as a steering damper . easy part is removeing the bolt but the other end is press in i try use a fork but i still couldnt remove it any ideas or is there a tool that will make this easy

been there,
I heated mine with map gas
where the stud go's through the
steering arm, heat it around the stud
rather then the stud itself, get it as hot as you can
then try the pickle fork
or try putting the bolt on the stud
and give it a good whack with a 5lb sledge
it takes a while but it will release if you stay at it

thanks for the tips will a Steering Wheel Speed Sensor casue the car not to start? i dont know what the hell happen but my car is not turning on car battery seems good the fuel pump is ok any tips i have no no burnt fuses
