I was wondering. As much as I would love to get some new rims and will eventually- can I go to a detailing shop or somewhere to get my factory rims and center caps "treated". Three of the rims are in OK shape but all of them are pitted to some degree. All Center caps show sign of age. Are there any treatments that would be worth doing ?

Most that are worth it have to be sent away.........I was actually thinking of having mine fixed up and tripple chromed..........I think the stock laced ones in chrome would look really classy.

There are special companies that do wheel restores/chromes/whatever

They take em, totally clean em... smooth them out and chrome or powdercoat if you want etc.. Depends on the company.
