I have the Lingenfelter package and then the Vette Doctor's did headers and re-tuned her so yes, I have mods...
But the check engine light came on and it began running rough.
I took it to the Vette Doctors and they found a wire in the harness sort of exposed and rubbing against metal at the bell housing.
It's all fixed now, but I thought I'd share.

Glad it wasn't serious, Do you believe it was caused when the headers were done? I don't think the Lingenfelter mod would get any where near the bell housing.
Did it take em long to diagnose it

Sounds like an easy diagnosis. They worked on headers which would possibly affect all wiring near the work. So they checked it out and found something simple to fix. No worries. Little stuff like this happens all the time. Atleast it was a simple oops that was easy to correct. No one is perfect. Could have been loose from the Factory and was rubbing to begin with. Unless the wiring came close to the header and burnt thru it a little. That's happened to me before.

Yeah, they found it pretty fast.
Maybe it was from the factory, they're pretty careful and knowledgeable about the headers installation.
