On a '69 DeVille...

Q. Should I be getting 12V at my blower relay with the key off?

Q. My blower motor starts whenever I turn the key on (not all the way, but the last position before starting the car) regardless of what the internal controls are set to. Is this right?

Q. Something is draining my battery. Anybody think one of the things above is causing it?

My 1988 Olds did that. the dealer said it was an ?feature? blew air at your feet to remove heat after you have been driving for a while. who knows if its true or something was wrong with my car. :hmm:
